First National Bank
No communication from FNB

I applied for a smart device on 5 February and since monday this week i called them twice top ask them what is happening with my application and they told me that it has been approved but a consultant must call me first to confirm the terms and conditions. They said i will receive a call within 24 hrs. It has been 4 days of 24 hrs, can someone please call me.
