First National Bank
No Feedback on Smart Device Application

I applied for a second smart device through FNB Online banking on 20/11/2013. I was told it will take 2 to 3 days for the outcome, it is now 5 days later. I have called the smart device customer service no 3 times and every time I get told that the agent will escalate to their manager and someone will contact me... and no one has. I have had my first device for a long time, surely the second application should be quick and easy? Can someone please just give me an update on my application... please.
