Smart device centre a joke

I applied for a smart device online through FNB on the 03 January 2014. I received an sms on the 06 January stating my application had been received, the department was opening on the 07th January and someone will be in touch with me shortly to discuss. I have since then spent over an hour and a half even two hours desperately trying to get through to a consultant to confirm if they have actually received the application and whether it has been approved / processed - yesterday after 25 minutes a consultant was able to confirm receipt of the application but had to transfer me to another department as she could not assist me any further, on Friday last week i was given a persons name and contact number after complaining about the lack of service to a call centre agent and left a msg on the answering machine but no respone (Nashield Haacke). Every call centre agent passes you on from one department to the next and you hold on the line for 20 - 30 minutes and the call gets dropped. I have never been so aggravated by such an experience and would simply like an ANSWER!!! I find it very unprofessional that the call centre has clearly not got enough staff to do what needs to be done!
