No response again

Standard Bank has an option on their internet banking website where you can send a secure message requesting them to change the limit on your monthly internet banking amount. They claim that someone will respond within 48 hours. Well, I have logged a call and no-one has responded. I cannot communicate with anyone at the bank without having to endure long call centre calls so can't phone to find out why it hasnt been done.
