Good day

On Friday 10 January 2014 I forgot to buy electricity. When I later tried to buy electricity over internet banking I realised that prepaid recharges were taken from your daily limit and not the monthly limit. I have already withdrawn my daily limit during the day. I did not know what to do as I have a bad cold and did not feel like going out again to buy electricity. I had only 2kW left to see me through the night. I waited until after midnight, not knowing if internet banking would still be open and then tried to buy some electricity. To my surprise and delight my electricity pin number were sent to me within a few minutes. I am so very, very grateful and appreciate it so much. I would like to thank the night staff of Standard Internet Banking for a wonderful service. Thank you so much, it was really appreciated. You are tops.
