As per normal, one seem to have to use the Hello Peter portal to get big business's attention. That is absolutely unprofessional
Some days ago I contacted FNB regarding a problem where if you print a proof of transaction from an internet transaction, two pages are printed from the PDF. The second page consist of one single line of text. I wanted to know why they can not fix this - place that one line of text on the first page, as it wastes a lot of paper.
No Response. No, I did not tke down the reference number, as I believe they should act on it and I shold not have proof of contacting them.
