MY NAME IS JUSTICE MASENGANA I APPLIED OLINE A SMART PHONE WITH FNB BLACBERRY 9300 THE SAME DAY 16/01/2013 WHEN I SWITCH ON THE PHONE IT WAS MALFUNCTION I CALLED FNB 0860102970 THEY SAID I MUST TAKE IT TO CELL C I TOOK IT TO TRADEROUTE MALL LENASIA THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND IT TO CELL WAREHOUSE SINCE THEN I M STIL WAITING FOR FNB TO CALL ME AND TELL WHEN THEY WILL DELIVER A NEW PHONE AN DON THE OTHER SIDE THEY BUSY DEDUCTION MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WHICH IS R150.00 FOR THE PHONE I DNT HAVE PETER PLEASE HELP I HAVE TRIED CALLING THEY ALWAYS PUT ME THROUGH FROM ONE PERSON TO THE OTHER THEY JUST DONT WANT TO HELP ME OR THEY DNT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB.
