SO FNB ADVERTISERS THAT YOU CAN GET DISCOUNT AND EASY ACCESS TO A TABLET - ONLY IF YOU OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM - "EASY STEPS" - SO YOU REGISTER ON LINE, TAKE THE TIME TO COMPLETE - THEY GIVE YOU AN ACCOUNT NUMBER, LOG IN DETAILS TO WORKS. THEN IT SAYS, IN ORDER TO TAKE PART IN THE TABLET - EASY, CLICK AND ORDER - BUT THEY FAIL TO MENTION THAT THE USER PASSWORDS ETC DONT WORK UNTIL YOU PHYSICALLY RECEIVE YOUR CARD. SO YOU CALL THE CALL CENTER (WHO WANT TO CHARGE R50) FOR THOSE THAT HAVE FORGOTTEN THEIR USERNAMES AND PASSWORDS - BECAUSE YOU KEEP TRYING THINKING THAT ITS YOU - BUT ITS ACTUALLY BECAUSE YOU ARNT "ACTIVE" TILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR CARD. SO ALREADY I OUE FNB R50 FOR A USER NAME AND PASSWORD FOR AN ACCOUNT THAT IS NOT ACTIVE, AND YES, STILL CAN'T ORDER MY IPAD. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!
