I finally received my S4 phone, but now I am getting the shunt around for the phone number. The phone does not come with one and the Cell C user guide says I must Rica then a number will be sent to me via sms. I've been to Cell C Greenstone, I have the sim and when they look on their system they have no clue who I am where I got the phone and they don't know what I want.

They say I must contact FNB, I called 0860102970 option 6, then I've been told that my details will be sent through to Cell C go back to Cell C today and still they don't have any record of me. Now I get told by Cell C that FNB needs to supply my new cell number.

This is why I'm complaining. I'm done will calling and I'm done with going to Cell C, because everyone has their own answers and story and I'm bind to a contract where the phone is sitting in a cupboard useless to me.

I've left my old bank because FNB has been carrying on with the great service and offers etc, time to show me I didn't make a mistake.
