I have recently upgraded my contract from a blackberry 9300 to a blackberry Z10. Since the first week, the phone keeps dropping signal and it needs to be switched off more than 10 times a day in order for all my messages to come through. Also if anyone calls me my phones goes straight to voicemail due to not having a signal. I have notified Cellc Gateway store but i recieved nothing except silly excuses about everyone has network problems. It is quite an expensive phone and i dont believe that the quality of this phone is up to standard. I am well aware of CPA and my rights as a consumer as i work in a service industry. I am basically now paying for a phone that does not work and i have resorted to using my blackberry 9300. Is Cell C unable to deliver?
