Waiting for New Smart Phone for over 2 months

Never Thought I'd say this, but I'm really disappointed with FNB, particularly, the Smart Device Service!

I applied for a Smart device online towards the end of April. on June 5, 2015, one of their agents called me to confirm details and said that I'll receive the Device within 15 working days.

Needless to say, I'm still waiting for the device and now left with a phone with no contract as I actually cancelled my current one.

I've been to two branches, including a Dot. branch and called called 0860102970-6 only to be told that some one will get back to me. Well, I'm still waiting and would appreciate if someone at FNB can do something about this.

I've always been the biggest FNB support but this is unacceptable!
