FNB the real BEEP bank

I have been an FNB customer since I have earned an income. Fnb has no problem charging my bank account with service fees which I happily pay as they do render me a service.
However, up until recently FNB has been an okay bank. I even decided to open my business account with FNB due to the fact that they advertise to be a bank that helps etc. After having a few minor rtd's fnb decided without warning to cancel my gold Cheque card as well as my account. on which i had an overdraft. they then proceeded to tell me that i now owe them the full outstanding amount on my overdraft. Firstly, I was not contacted by any persons from fnb to offer me any kind of solutions to the minor arrears i had (which i did pay before fnb told me i now owe them the full amount) they simply just cancelled everything. It was only when i went into Menlyn fnb and spoke to one of the consultants that i was informed of the status of my accounts. Now Fnb refuses to help in any sort of way. I have been a loyal customer and now I am being treated like .. Is this the real FNB? the bank that should say "HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU"
