Major Account and Communication Issues at FNB

Last year October, I moved from FNB to another bank. The service I was recieving at FNB was horrendous, I was sent back and forth for documents multiple times, then the document they requested and gave me to be filled out was incorrect. I was applying for a loan. I had never missed a payment with them, had a platimun account, .They denied my loan on the basis of another short term loan. I had no problem with this, but the manner in which this was communicated to me was offensive and I decided to take my business elsewhere. I informed FNB of this and they didnt seem to mind at all.

Then I recieved an SMS saying that my overdraft was maxed out on my FNB Cheque account. I have a balance of -1400 (purely on banking fees, for an account that has not been active in months) and I have been listed on ITC. I was never contacted and informed that my account was still open. I was never informed to make payment before the listing occured. I am willing to pay this money, but I cannot pay it once off. I will agree to a payment plan, but consultants in branch refuse to help me. I also would like to know how i was listed without my knowledge.

As a once loyal FNB customer, I am disgusted.
