FNB changed my account because they felt like it

I was notified that my business account was in overdraft which I thought was peculiar considering I had not used it for a while. Had a look at the bank statements and realised that FNB had been charging me nearly R200-00 a month bank fees for a few months without notifying me and when trying to query it at first found the unsympathetic ear of a consultant who intimated that I had always been paying this amount. Then queried it with my personal banker who told me she cant deal with it and past it onto someone else in business banking. Got an email from a clerk to say that the reason I was being billed higher fees was because I no longer qualified for the other banking option. I tried to contact 087 575 9479 and after speaking to a gentleman was put on hold for 20 min before putting the phone down. Phoned again spoke to a lady and again was put on hold for 20 minutes. I am sure this was what "STEVE" was told about BEEP bank but I think FNB is becoming a lot like BEEP BANK. Can some kind soul @ FNB please inform me why they felt it acceptable to change my plan and increase my fees by 300% without informing me???
