Decline for an overdraft

I am holding a platinum cheque account with my bank. when i applied for an overdraft i was declined and i was not even informed why.

i know i have a bad credit record but what i had thought was my bank where my salary goes every month will have the odesity to look into my situation.

i was just treated like an ordinary customer.

what suprises me most is the motto for my bank is HOW CAN WE HELP YOU. at this stage my bank couldnt help me and treated as a valued customer.
