Debit Order Switching

My husband went to the FNB branch to switch his debit orders from his personal acocunt to business account. He was not informed that this takes 8 weeks. There advertising clearly says this is quick and easy. It has been a nightmare to get done. The debit order switching was not done, my husbands debit order all went unpaid, and his account looks in bad light with an arrears amount of approx R1200. He went to the bank again to resolve. they said he has an overdraft on his account which he was unaware of and it shows his debit order have been paid from this overdraft. This overdraft has also now been paid in full. When contacted the suppliers who take the debit orders, he was told these accounts are in fact not paid and will be suspended. My husband has been to the bank twice today today to resolved and no-one incl. the bank manager can tell him what the arrears amount was for. he now has to submit another complaint. This is our 3rd complaint submitted to FNB - they are not living up to their promise. We have threatened to change before and still have not hoping their service will get better. Please resolve this urgently as our people are waiting for payment.
