This is one of the reasons I moved my account to FNB! Not knowing the reason why my savings account was frozen with Nedbank I went into the branch in Randpark Ridge and asked info what must be done, I was given a number and told to call the call centre. Upon doing this the gentleman at the call centre told me that I had to go into the branch to ask why. So BACK into the branch I went! I was then told that this account needed to be Fica (d) and I had to bring in proof of residence. Another trip into the branch with my POR. It has now been 3 weeks and the account is STILL FROZEN!!! This must be sorted today as my savings and cheque account are to be closed!
