Account frozen for no clear reason

Nedbank froze my account without notifying me on 23 August 2013. Their call centre said it was due to FICA and I was asked to visit a branch where I was told that my FICA was ok but their new system had indicated that my proof of residence needed to be updated. This he fixed without requesting a copy of my proof of residence of which I took it as a Nedbank system error.

I failed to do a few mobile transactions again this evening 16 September 2013. After this I tried the same transactions through internet banking on my laptop where I got the same notice, "Account Frozen." Again without prior notification... and again I've failed to make another important transaction.

I will try call the call centre tomorrow but I'm sure I will be asked to do the same procedure whereby the call centre says "it's the branches baby" and the branch says "the baby if for some guy sitting somewhere within the company"

I'm VERY frustrated!
