I received a call form Nedbank's Call Centre offering me a cheque account. I was approved and the card was delivered by courier 3 weeks ago. I did give the courier the documents required (Copy of ID and Proof of Residence). I went into the Nedbank Centurion Lifestyle Centre (2 week ago) to get all my debit orders from my savings account transferred to my cheque account. I was assisted by Deanne Pillay. She informed me that the FICA was not yet done and I can phone in and inquire if it has been done and she will help me with the dt-order transfers. My last inquiry was on 21 Feb 2013 - she was not available and I spoke to Basil at the same branch informing me that they will get the FICA hold lifted and that Deanne Pillay will phone me regarding the dt-order transfers. Up to today I have not heard a word from them. I am not prepared to follow this up telephonically anymore and if this is not sorted by 1 March 2013 I will cancel and close all accounts with Nedbank.
