FNB - "How can we NOT help you"!!!

It has now been 4 months since first applying for a tablet/smartphone offer from FNB. In early October 2012 I applied online for this offer. After approximately two weeks a consultant called me back and informed me that I unfortunately do not qualify for whatever reasons. I accepted this and thought this was the end of that. On 24 October 2012, I recieved an sms stating the folowing " Were pleased to inform you that we have re-evaluated your your application for our Smart Device and would like to offer you the HTC Combo (HTC Flyer and HTC Sensation) for R299pm. Please reply yes and we will contact you. I have replied yes to this text as I have kept over 20 times now and no-one has had the decency to get back to me after you informed me that I was now able to get the device. I have subsequently opened additional accounts with fnb but after not recieving any feedback I stopped using my personal Gold Cheque Account. 4 months later with an account in arrears due to service charges I now start recieving sms's saying that my account will be closed at the end of January if I do not make a deposit??? This is seriously ridicoulous and I am considering switching banks!!!
