First National Bank
FNB disappoints!

FNB handed personal information to an outside company without my permission or informing me prior to doing this.

I phone an 087 number, they werent able to assist, but referred to another number 011 632 0036.(Robert)
Second number could not assist, referred to #3: 087 736 8894
Third number was out of service & supplied a fourth number.: 011 352 5544
Finally, reached Claudia & when she wasnt able to assist me with my query, she offered to have me talk to her manager. I requested that the manager call me back & requested a time frame to wait for this call. Suddenly! the manager was currently in a meeting and Claudia wouldnt be able to give me a time.

And there are no email contacts on the website??
