I'd like to lay a complaint about Capitec Bank. My Mom got mugged on Monday this guy (thug) took her card and all her money was withdrawn from her account, this guys (thug) even made a Multi loan that was before we could block the card. Thursday she just got a call from the bank saying her pin was compromised, How so? how was her pin compromised??? the Agent that called couldn't explain how was her pin compromised.its really amazing how the capitec forensic work, it only took them 3 days to give us feedback, did they even check the cameras??? what made them say that my moms pin was compromised?? the police are still investigating this matter but the capitec department is already done with investigations??? U guys must have employed genius people I must say. and she won't get her money back and she must payback the loan. I doubt if proper investigations were conducted. Why must she pay for a loan whereas she got mugged???We are so taking this matter up with the Ombudsman.
