Duplicate cards issued

In december 2012 i reported activities on my account for an amount of R2 000 and Capitec refused to refund my money back citing reason that my card and pin was used to withdraw money. Capitec was quick to refer me to their ombudsman coz they customers together and the outcome was that my card and pin was used to withdraw the money hence they cannot refund me. When i reported the matter at Capitec Taung on the day of the incident i was issued with a new card and the old one was cut into pieces. I still have the same card that was issued to me in my possession but yesterday (10 June 2013) was informed that a Capitec bank card with my name is displayed at Boxer store for me to collect it. Im highly disappointed at Capitec as to come duplicate card on my name is out there yet i have my card in my possession. I was told that this new chip card cannot be duplicated/cloned, how come cards are issued on my name and with one initial because the one i have has two initials. Im happy i moved my salary and savings to ABSA and i regret moving my family to Capitec it was a very bad move. USELESS AND BANK. I URGE SOUTH AFRICANS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS RUBBISH BANK.
