Hillarious debits and no call returns

I called miway (THEIRWAY*) on thursday the 7th of February 2013, to notify them of my relocation from Pretoria to Johaneesburg and i was assisted by a lady called Finah, where we did the process and she gave me a HILLARIOUS premium increase and i told her i will have to cancel my insurance with the Company, she told me she will speak to her boss and get back to me.
on Saturday i got an sms sayiong that money has been debited from my account by miway, and sincethen she has never got back to me, THIS HAS A NEGATIVE RATING ON MY CREDIT SINCE I DNT HAVE MONEY READILY AVAILABLE ON THE SELECTED ACCOUNT.
On monday i called and spoke to a lady called Mpho who assurred me that Mpho will call me back and since today no call from her, i tried again to make follow up and was told Finah is very busy.
if you want a good insurance with great communication try something else, and after that they had the Decency to tel me i wnt be covered until the prenium is collected, for what the are they copllecting the premium for since i dddnt agree to anything and i was not advised of the debit...
