3 weeks before i was i intended to cancel my insurance with Miway, i called them. Gave them an exact date, 30 April 2013, i want the insurance cancelled. I called 2 weeks before the date and the again on 30 April to ensure the contract was cancelled. i was told itwas cancelled all 3 times. On the 2 May 13, Miway deducted the monthly premium from my account anyway. I called into to call centre to get my refund and was put in contact with Nkosie. who assured me, via email, that the payment was done Friday 3 May. i should give it 48 hours and it will reflect in y account. Wednesday 8 may, i still had not received my refund. i then emailed Nkosie, who promised me it was done and i will definitely be paid Thursday afternoon. it is Friday, 10 May 13 and i still have not been paid. This is quite unfair because if they want money from you they take it but paying back they take their time. All i want is my money back please!
