POOR SERVICE

I visited Musgrave branch to enquire about debt consolidation almost three weeks ago, the line was too long and they only had two consultants and I was advised to call their call centre. I had to hold for almost 15 minutes and the consultant took all my details, she promised I will get the response within 5 days. After 5 days I received an sms stating that my request is ready to be reviewed and will be contacted shortly. 13 days later I received another sms which is yesterday stating that they haven't received required documents which nobody bothered to tell me about. I then called the number from the sms. I had to hold for 18 minutes to speak to a consultant called Candice. She took my email address and promised to send me the form, which an hour later I haven't receive. Even before I could call the call centre I sent an email to the relevant department and I got no response whatsoever What kind of a service is this? Why are paying so much bank charges if we don't get any help as clients? I have been with this bank for years for haven sake! Am I not seen as a valuable customer?
