I got approved for the new BMW320d (F30) and wanted to 1st check my insurance premium before I can take delivery of the new vehicle. I called MiWay since they were insuring my current BMW320i (E90) I spoke to Susan Janse van Vueren whom I feel and tricked me into taking a new policy without having the car in my possession. The new debit was scheduled to go off on the 25th and I called MiWay to make sure that the debit that was going to go off was supposed to be for the E90 and not for the F30, but to my surprise the debit that was scheduled was for F30 which I didn't have in my possession and I asked Eunice to make sure that they credit the difference since the F30's premiums were much higher than the E90. She promised and committed that she will be making a manual refund and that the money should be in my account by saturday. On tuesday, I checked my bank acc and the money was not credited back, I then called MiWay to ask for reasons why it did not happen as promised, but everyone was busy passing the buck. I feel that MiWay from me since they debited my account for something I did not have and would like a full refund of my money. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN!!
