Last month a call center sales agent from MiWay called me and told me about the benefits of MiWay car insurance. When I compared it to my current insurance company, I saw that MiWay is way better and I decided to change to them. I spoke with a guy called Sebastian and after agrreeing to everything I asked him if I now have to let my old insurance know that I'm cancelling the insurance and he said no I don't have to worry about that, MiWay will do everything for me. Next thing month end comes, both insurance companies debit money from my account, when I call MiWay to find out if they cancelled my insurance like they said they will, I'm now told that they are not allowed to. I asked Sebastian twice about this and he told me not to worry MiWay's cancellation department will do everything for me. Now I have to wait 72 hours for my money to be returned and this is just an inconvenience and a very BAD way of starting my relationship with MiWay. Hopefully I'll get my money back in 72 hours as i was promised.
