OK here's what happened.. I was called by miway and they beat my current insurance premium. all looked well till i found out that i was getting double debited as my previous insurance wasnt cancelled. (The Miway broker advised me that they will call me and run through the cancellation process). since i was double debited, i called to complain an was notified that i will be refunded for my premiums as it was their fault. and i will be called to confirm my refund. A few days had passed and i didn't receive a call. Edgy, I called MiWay again to query my money. this is when i spoke to Seitshiro Mokgatlha. Seitshiro told me that MiWay cant refund me as they cant cancel insurance by law. I didnt know that they cant cancel my other insurance as their agent that called me, said that MiWay will take care of the cancellation.. after a heated argument with Seitshiro, i eventually told him to get all the phone records and hear what i have been promised. Seitshiro got the records and listened to them and called me back a few days later. He confirm the error by the agent on record and arranged my full refund. i'm so grateful for having an agent like this to handle issues competently.
