On the 25th February I phone Miway & spoke to Mary who assisted me to change the policy details of the insurance policy when I told her that my husband is deceased I wanted to know the requirements to continue with the insurance, she advise me that I'm noted as the regular driver requested my bank details & confirmed a few details (addresses if did not change) & told me that the debit order will go off on the 28/02/2013 I recevied an sms on 4/03/2013 saying debit order did not go. I phoned Miway on the 5 March & I spoke to Jadine who told me that the debit did not go through it normally takes 72 hrs for new details to be linked when I was assisted first time they did not explain the process correctly to me she confirmed that she will send the request for new debit order details to be updated to go through the same day and will reflect after 72hours call. Today 12:56 I got a call from Miway a lady by the name of Melissa phoned me to ask to speak to my late husband I was very upset I told her he is late, I'm the spouse she advised they did not get the premium & told me to take the car to glasfit for inspection, I WONT DO IT I WAS NOT ADVISED BEFORE I WILL GET A NEW QUOTE SOMEWHERE
