Prompt and Effecient Service after complaint

I logged a complaint on Hello perter with regards to my loan and my fiance's loan being settled in full.
We had contacted Nedbank's personal loans department on numerous occasions via email, phone etc with regards to attaining settlement letters and received no response.

Once my complaint was on Hello Peter, I received a call the next morning from Sharelle Fortuin. She said that they were looking into the matter and would contact me shortly.

Within 48 hours, I had my settlement letter and my fiance had his. She was so helpful and gave feedback every step of the way. She also kept to her word, if she said she would do something, she would do it.
Wonderful asset for Nedbank Sharelle is.

I just wish that is wasn't necessary to first complain on HelloPeter before receiving a response, but it paid off.
