Does Nedbank not do anything about complaints lodged by there customers. I refer to my last complaint on 2 June 2013 in which I reported unauthorized debits on my Nedbank Banking Account. A lady Sharelle Fortuin phoned me in connection with this, however to date I see no credit of the amounts. Now today I discover I have another unauthorized debit on 14.06.2013 E/Debit order for the amount of R399.00 reference COASTPC2_PSA00005636409130614 of which I know absolutely nothing about. How much longer is this to continue. Is there no solution to stop these unauthorised debits on my account.
