I have 2 hail-damage claims with outsurance that are now approaching 4 months of activity in the system.
My one vehicle has been with the panel beater for over 3 months, and outsurance has been unable to send an assessor out to check the quality of the work performed.
I have phoned multiple times and have sent countless e-mails, but outsurance has been unable to have my vehicle inspected and my claim resolved in it's entirety.
I am still driving my second vehicle and outsurance has not been able to book a repair for my vehicle. In the meantime I have spend a considerable amount of money in my private capacity to repair lights etc. on my vehicle to make sure that it is road-legal.
I have taken this issue up with management at outsurance, but have had no reply in the past 7 days.
