I took out a Voyager Credit Card in November on a promotion that I would recieve 15000 voyager miles. To date nothing has been credited to my account. My call reference numbers are: 66096319, 66105622. I have been enquiring about my missing miles for over a week now and all I get told is that Nedbank will get back to me as soon as they get feedback - obviously no indication as to when this will be. Can somebody please help with my simple query. This is very poor service being offered to first time clients.
