NEDBANK DOES NOT KNOW JACK ABT MY INFO

I phoned yesterday, trying to find out where my miles is going of my Voyager CC, i phoned about 20 number in a space of a hour and a half, getting now where. Then i get given a 601 number, Voyager sias they dont know it, then i phone Amex gold line who tells me to phone Card div, who tells me phone voyager dept and so it cariies on and on.
SO THIS WHAT IS WHAT I WANT...
WHERE IS MY MILES GOING TO THAT I GET ON MY AMEX AND VISA CC'S? ON MY VOYAGER CARD THERE HAS BEEN NO MILES ALLOCATED.

PHONE ME IF YOU DO NOT UNDER STAND MY ABOVE REQUEST, I WILL TRY TO DRAW AND E MAIL PICTURES.
