In October 2013 I requested my card be downgraded from Premium to Gold as the cost of the card outweighed the benefits offered. I was told it would be done. I was then contacted in November 2013 and told that the card was over the limit and the change could only happen after it was up to date. Note that the card was NOT over the limit when the request was made in October.

Payment was made in November and in December I received an sms to go and collect my card at Nedbank Brooklyn. When I went to collect yesterday, the card was exactly the same as that in my possession ie SAA Premium Voyager Visa with same expiry date. Today I called your Call Centre and was told to relog the request and given a new reference number.

Thus since October 2013 to date, I have still not had my card downgarded from Premium to Gold and have the Premium card fees levied.
