Waste of my time

I applied for a credit card telephonically on the 5th of February. I went through the entire process, faxed through all the forms and duly waited for the application to be processed. Today, I find out that my application has been declined because the person who submitted the application, left it blank.

So now I have to go through this entire process again, waste ANOTHER week of my time and hope that this time, the application is actually submitted correctly. I am very disappointed to say the least and starting to wonder if it would just be simpler switching banks instead.
