Blocking Credit Card

Good day.

I am currently in the United States and have enabled my credit card for usage oversease.
My card was blocked by Nedbank for some or other reason seeing that they only have a call centre, to which I spent almost R500 in trying to reach them without success as all the call centre personnel keeps saying they can't hear me. Nedbank does not have an emergency email address and now I can't unblock my credit card. I cannot believe they do not have anyone to assist with international issues or a call back centre. Now I am sitting in a foreign country without a credit card available.
