I have a car insurance policy with Dial Direct with policy number 828456454 which I have never missed any payment on. Every time I send an email to upgrade my policy or amend details on my policy Dial Direct always responds immediately and adjust/upscale my premiums but on 30 April 2013 at 11:52 I emailed a claim and I have not heard from Dial Direct since, not even an email of acknowledgement of my claim even though I got an automated notification that my email was received and read a few minutes after sending.
