Great service from Ashley at Dial Direct

I called Dial Direct this morning to enquire about reducing my insurance premium, and spoke with Ashley at the call centre. He was very friendly and helpful, but a minute into the call, when trying to call up my policy details, he explained that the system was very slow. Rather than have me hold on (and run up my telephone bill) Ashley offered to call me back when the system was up and running again and he could assist with my policy details in front of him. I thanked him... and must admit that a little thought ran threw my mind: "Yeah, right, Dial Direct is going to call me back! ". Well, Ashley did call back, as promised, and even assisted to lower my premium beyond belief, whilst advising me and putting me at ease that the cover I'd now chosen still suited my needs. Ashley, you are an absolute star. Outsurance may advertise the catch-phrase "bending over backwards" but I think this morning, YOU and Dial Direct did that for ME!!! Thank you ever so much.
