We have insurance with Dial Direct including All Risk cover on specified laptops. It was sold on the grounds that we would be covered for / smash&grab/accidental loss/damage. Yesterday our laptops were out of our locked boot and Dial Direct refuses to honour the insurance because there was no damage to the boot by the. We have reported the for the police and have a valid case number but we are having no joy with Dial Direct. Why are we charged for this policy if there is no intention to pay? FALSE ADVERTISING and I want my payout!
