Order gone wrong, awaiting del of another phone

My name is 'lah Genner.
I have a problem whereby I ordered a cell phone deal from FNB some time ago. However, I received the handsets and was unhappy with the colour. I then called FNB and requested the consultant (Kuveynin) to contact me. After several hours, I receive a call and he agrees to swap the phone for me and send me a black one. After a few days, I then receive a delivery via RAM Couriers and guess what, it's a black 9320. I then try several times to call FNB again to have this sorted out. The consult (Kuveynin) then calls me and has the nerve and oddacity to tell me who is a client and customer, that no matter what colour the phone is, it had all the same functionality. Who the does he think he is?? I am paying for the deal not him. Several messages were left via the voice option and i have received no return call as yet. Several calls were made which were not answered after 20 to 25min.
Calls are recorded so you may please listen to them. Last week I received a call from Ram Couriers stating they have a pickup to fetch two phones (9320 and 9790).i was not called by FNB and made and made aware of the pickup.
I am really not happy with the service received.
