! I'd just like to say a big thank you for the speedy response to the redirecting of my bank cards to a move convenient branch for me to collect. Kensani took my call while systems were off line and got back to me that same morning to complete my request. Thank you so much for following up on the query, too many times when dealing with call centres and customer service we are told to call back or they say ill get back to you and never do, it was wonderful to deal with an employee to cares enough to follow up.
