Originally i went to the FNB Branch in Fourways to request a draft check. This was very urgent and I could not wait a week for it to be delivered. I made arrangements with a person there that I can collect the check from bank city the same day as that is where they are processed.
I was happy about this process as I could still get it. Today is day 3 and I should be able to pick up my check today. If it was not for the service delivery manager Natasha this compliment would have turned into a complaint.
It just proves that even if expectations are set and not met, that if you just go about reassuring the customer and genuinely show interest in their request that 99% of all complaints would not exist today. Natasha phoned me 3 times to check up that the people that were suppose to arrange the check did get in contact with me. I even received a call this morning at 8:30 as a follow up.
I wish all people in a customer facing role would go about their responsibilities with the same energy, enthusiasm, sincerity and approach as Natasha. It's great to deal with people like this and thanks to her I finally decided to make FNB my main cheque account
