Still no call

I left a second message on the FNB website for someone to call me back as I need urgent assistance and till today no one called me back, I went to the FNB branch yesterday 1 o'clock the BRANCH MANAGER assured me she will call me back... still no call back, I am beginning to think I have made the worst move by leaving my previous bank...

How difficult is it to call someone back especially if someone tells you they will call you back... Very nice customer service guys
