I applied for a credit card on the 2nd of August 2013.. Received the card and a Pin for it. And it has still not been activated. I have logged in well over 22 calls to the call centres and the Brooklyn Branch where I received my card. I cannot even begin to share my frustrations about this delay.
The response is my delay has been caused by not reaching my H.R at work. I have given numerous numbers and I'm certain that H.R is available.
The Branch assured me they would call and confirm my employment. That was not done. And the call centres now claim there is a backlog for confirmations.
with over 1500 complaints on hello peter i now know that this bank is useless.
even this morning i phoned the branch. was told the consultant will call back, she is busy on the line.
5 hours later. no call.
