More or less a month ago I went to the Tyger Manor branch to get my surname changed since I got married. I took a certified copy of my marriage certificate with me. They said I must have the original. So I went back the next day with the original and changed it. I ask them to please change all my bank cards to my new surname. So now I am waiting for the message that I can go and collect my cards. Going on leave I phoned the branch to ask it the cards arrived and they perhaps forgot to send me a message. The lady informed me that the cards were never ordered and if I can give them the name of the consultant they can follow it up otherwise I must go into the bank and request it again. She said that they cannot see who made changes on my account. Please tell that to someone that will believe you. I work in a accounting department and where money is involved you can also trace a person.
Now I must go for the third time to the branch to order my new cards.
