I got retrenched in 2011 and could not keep up with some of my accounts, finally i got a good job at Lewis Head Office and was made permanent, i paid all my debt up front and i am debt free!!! so i get an SMS from legal loans saying that i qualify for a loan up to R60 000, so i give them a call, and arrange to take out R40 000 to buy a car, i have no debt and i stay with my parents i receive my full salary every month, every thing they asked me i did, i told the consultant about all of this before applying for the loan and she said i do qualify they wouldn't send me a text if i didnt qualify, they asked me to deposit R350 in there Nedbank account so we can continue with the application and i did so, they emailed me the application form, i filled it out and gave them all the info the needed... so i get a text today saying that the loan is unsuccessful!! "Now that is not right, why give me hope for something that i really needed, i took my last money to deposit because your consultant told me that if i want to be approved faster i should do that, what makes me angry is that i told the consultant my history about what happened when i got retrenched and she assured me that its ok!!
