Good day customer assist

I am a standard bank client who submitted my application in request for assistance in consolidating my debt the 11 January 2013 . On your application forms it states that you work on a turn around time of 10 working days for the application to be completed. It is now the 11 February 2013 and to date i have received to correspondence or even a call from customer assist. This has cost me numerous visits to the branch requesting feedback and each time the consultant had to spend long periods of time on the telephone to just get through to a consultant only to be given conflicting stories about when i should be receiving a call. Please could you contact me and give me some peice of mind by advising wether you are willing to assist me in this matter.
