Disgusting service in department

11 February @20:09pm I received sms notification R538, 35 purchased on ww online
@20:34pm-R1000 purchased on ww online
@20:37pm-I called FNB Credit card to report this. spoke to Thapelo Masiane - got no REF#
@21:17pm & 21:42pm got 2 more sms notifications, however it said declined
12 February @01:22am - Thapelo sent me the credit card letter of dispute
@8:41am - I filled out forms and emailed them back
14 Feb - Card sent to wrong branch, called to correct this
18 February-received credit card statement -had amount of R526, 18 taken off my account for Woolworths online CT on the 12 February. HOW can this amount be taken off my account when I had cancelled my credit card the previous night, AND I never received an sms or a email notification telling me about this purchase
only saw this amount due to looking at my statement.
23 February @10:40am -go into FNB branch t to see what is happening.
The lady explains that my card was only reported as LOST on 12 Feb and they did not cancel it when i reported it. WHY LOST... i reported?
had to send forms for new amount R526, 18 that i got no notification for.

department is USELESS and they are giving the whole of FNB a bad name
